Dallas - Saturday, day 3

Saturday:
When we got in the car Taylor handed me a Texas Rangers baseball hat, we were going to a baseball game! I was super excited (minus the 100 degree weather that I was afraid I would fry and die in), because baseball is BIG in the Woolstenhulme family. We arrived a little bit early so to avoid the heat, we had the A/C blowing and chilled for awhile. People tailgate in the heat...we chill in the A/C. It works nicely. We finally decided to face the heat and headed to the game. LUCKILY our seats were in the shade and there was even a slight breeze. It wasn't bad at all! The game was pretty slow for the first few innings. We shared a hot dog and a frozen lemonade before heading out a little early to get to our next event.

Look how handsome he is! He was stuck in the back seat - so I took a picture!

On Me:
Shirt: J.Crew; Shorts: Abercrombie (super old - I don't buy shorts on a regular basis so I had to find my old pairs since I'd be out and about in 100+ degree weather); Earrings: Francesca's; Shoes: Sperry's; Watch: Timex
On Him:
Shirt and Shorts: Target; Watch: Timex; Shoes: Sperry's

We then headed from Arlington to Fort Worth to have dinner at this awesome Mexican place with trees, plants, and flowers everywhere! It was beautiful and the food was yummy.

On Me:
Dress: Anthropologie (I brought back this dress from 2007); Earrings: Nordstrom; Watch: Michael Kors

On Him:
Shirt: Kohl's; Pants: J.Crew

After we decided since we were in Texas, we should hit up a rodeo! There was bull riding, bucking horses (one cowboy even got bucked off over the railing), and much more. It was definitely something I haven't done before and it was so much fun.

On Me:
Shirt and Earrings: J.Crew; Shorts: Forever 21; Cowboy boots (not pictured)
On Him:
Shirt: Nordstrom; Jeans: Gap; Watch: Timex

(yes we had 3 outfits....3 different activities call for 3 different outfits - that's what you get when you have a couple who like fashion and clothes! haha - since the activities were surprises Taylor told me what type of clothes to wear "outdoor - shorts," "indoor," "western" etc. so I was dressed appropriately)

It was such a fun busy day - the GPS failed us on the way home (Dallas construction = exits on GPS that don't exist = U-turns...forever!) But Taylor used his navigational skills to figure it out and we finally made it! That completed day 3, it started to get sad...only 1 day left with Taylor.
